This Privacy Policy applies to sellmypropertyus.com (“Sell My Property US”), which is operated by FOLLDO LLC (“FOLLDO LLC,” “we,” “us”). FOLLDO LLC is the business that collects your information and the business that sends our text messages. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us in our forms or when you contact us: your first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), and the address of the property you ask us about. We also keep what you tell us if you call, email or text us.
- SMS consent records. Only if you check a text-message consent box, we also record, separately for each box you check (transactional or marketing): your name and phone number; which type of consent you gave; the date and time (UTC); the source of the consent (our website opt-in form) and the website page where you consented; the version and exact text of the consent disclosure you saw; and your IP address and browser user agent. This record is our proof that you opted in. We do not treat a phone number you submit, or an existing contact, as having consented to text messages.
- Text message information: the content and delivery status of text messages we send you and that you send us.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and pages requested, collected automatically by our website hosting provider, and your IP address when your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To respond to your property inquiry or cash offer request, evaluate your property, and contact you about it by phone or email. When you submit a request, we email the details to our business inbox (through our website hosting provider) so we can follow up.
- If you checked the transactional box: to send you transactional and service-related text messages about your property inquiries, appointments, offers, and ongoing transactions. If you checked the marketing box: to send you marketing and promotional text messages, including property purchase opportunities, real estate offers, and related promotions. We use your number only for the type(s) you checked, and to honor STOP and HELP requests.
- To keep records of your consent and to meet legal, carrier and messaging-provider requirements.
- To run, secure and troubleshoot this website and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse (for example, using IP address and user agent).
Text messaging and mobile information
Submitting a form on this website does not sign you up for text messages. We send text messages only to people who check the separate, optional SMS consent boxes next to the form (or on our text message sign-up page). There are two separate boxes, and you may check one, both, or neither:
- Transactional / service messages: messages about your property inquiries, appointments, offers, and ongoing transactions.
- Marketing messages: marketing and promotional messages, including property purchase opportunities, real estate offers, and related promotions.
Checking one box does not sign you up for the other. Consent is not a condition of purchase, or of selling or purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
FOLLDO LLC does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate the messaging program you signed up for. The only parties that handle it are service providers that process it on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers (to deliver messages) and our hosting provider (to store records), and anyone we are legally required to give it to.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message; this ends text messages from us to that number. You can also withdraw consent by emailing or calling us using the contact details below. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
How we disclose other information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose personal information only to service providers that help us operate this website and our business and that are bound to protect it and use it only for us, to comply with law or legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. SMS consent records are kept for as long as we need to be able to prove consent. If you opt out, we keep a record of your opt-out so that we continue to honor it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below; we may need to keep certain records, such as proof of consent and your opt-out, where the law or carrier rules require. If you opted out of texts and later want them again, reply START to a message from us; submitting a web form alone cannot restart messages once you have replied STOP.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
