SMS Terms & Conditions
- Program and sender
- FOLLDO LLC text messages (the “Program”). All messages are sent by FOLLDO LLC, the operator of sellmypropertyus.com.
- What you are opting into
- Our forms have two separate, optional SMS consent boxes. If you check the transactional box, you agree to receive transactional and service-related text messages from FOLLDO LLC regarding your property inquiries, appointments, offers, and ongoing transactions. If you check the marketing box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from FOLLDO LLC, including property purchase opportunities, real estate offers, and related promotions. You may check one, both, or neither; checking one does not sign you up for the other. Messages go to the mobile number you provided.
- Types of messages
- Transactional / service: messages about your property inquiries, appointments, offers, and ongoing transactions, including replies to messages you send us. Marketing: marketing and promotional messages, including property purchase opportunities, real estate offers, and related promotions. We send each type only if you checked its box.
- Consent is voluntary
- Consent is optional. Submitting a form without checking an SMS consent box does not sign you up for text messages, and you can request a cash offer without consenting. Consent is not a condition of purchase, or of selling or purchasing any property, goods, or services.
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. FOLLDO LLC does not charge for the Program.
To unsubscribe / withdraw consent: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from us at that number. You can also withdraw consent by contacting us at the details below.
